Forbidden Broadway’s Greatest Hits

Auditions for the Bay Players production of the musical comedy revue "Forbidden Broadways Greatest Hits " will be held August 2, 3 and beginning at 7:00 pm in the auditorium of Whitefish Bay High School, 1200 E. Fairmount Ave, Whitefish Bay.

The show spoofs Broadway shows, and many Broadway stars.  There are numbers that spoof LEZ MIZ,  WICKED,  HAIRSPRAY, HELLO DOLLY,  CHICAGO, FIDDLER, ANNIE, CATS and PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.  There are also spoofs of stars like Liza Minnelli, Carol Channing, and Barbra Streisand.

Director Raymond Bradford  is looking for a cast of performers who can do chorus work and also do some special solo numbers.  This is also a good chance to get cast in a few solo numbers, and have a more flexible rehearsal schedule. Those who audition will be asked to sing a song from a Broadway show. 

 Again, these are open auditions taking place on August 2,3, with possible callbacks on the 4th at 7pm. There are no roles for children, but all other age brackets are encouraged to audition.  Also, Please bring a list of any rehearsal conflicts to auditions.

FORBIDDEN BROADWAY should be an exciting and challenging production. Come join Bay Players for our Fall production, which will be a Milwaukee area premiere and thank you for calling.
